I love being a creative, because I get to work with incredible people every day to make meaningful work. Here is Last Shot Taken, a project originated by Haywood Watkins III https://www.linkedin.com/in/haywoodrwatkinsiii/ and Jon Ransom https://www.linkedin.com/in/jransom03/. I was connected to the project by Carrie Levy https://www.linkedin.com/in/carrie-levy-87890a61/. The struggle for equality is something that I have lived with as a black man all my life. It's a stress and understanding that is common with every black man. The coverage of a black men's killings by the hands of police in the media hits us super hard because we see ourselves. This project delves into that insight and aims to bring awareness and understanding in hopes that we can one day stop it from happening.
